Kingsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic
Nuffield Accredited Physiotherapy Clinic for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, acute and chronic pain, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. The clinic has over 20 years of private physiotherapy and clinical sports injury practice.
Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability and in order to achieve this uses a range of therapies such as joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, massage, electrotherapy and rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation
Patient- Centred Treatment
The clinic offers rehabilitation advice and 1-2-1 sessions for people of all ages in order to help them maintain their health, manage pain and prevent disease.
Rehabilitation aims to restore and facilitate recovery, enabling people to stay in work or enjoy the activities they want to whilst helping them to remain as independent for as long as possible.
About Us
In addition, we work with national and international athletes and with professional sportsmen and women. We have many years of on-field physiotherapy experience including treating professional and semi-professional football teams.
The clinic also has had extensive involvement with members of the local amateur sporting communities, including rugby players, cyclists, golfers, yachtsmen, walkers, gog rowers, tennis players, runners, cyclists, footballers and Zumba dancers etc.
Our Experts
David Barrow
I opened Kingsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic 27 years ago in 1994. Since then, I hope it has made a valued contribution to the welfare of the community and to the many thousands of patients who have used its services. The clinic helps individuals with injuries sustained in leisure pursuits, sports activities, age-related insidious onset conditions and illness as well as with post-operative rehabilitation.
The clinic is now owned by my daughter, Danielle Steer, who has taken on the role of lead clinician. She is introducing progressive new treatments which will augment those already on offer. I will, however, continue to support the clinic in a consultancy capacity.
